  1. Scope. We provide non-structural exterior cleaning services.
  2. Estimates. On-site assessments are free; final price is confirmed before work.
  3. Access & Safety. Customer ensures safe access; we may reschedule for hazardous weather.
  4. Payment. Due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Satisfaction. Report missed spots within 72 hours for a targeted re-clean.
  6. Limitations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile materials not disclosed in advance.
  7. Cancellations. Free cancellation 24+ hours before the appointment.
